JB Rizzo

President

JB created Rizzo Forensics to be a family inspired firm holding to its vision and values serving attorneys assisting clients changing families in California and Nevada. JB splits his personal and professional life between Southern California and Southern Nevada regularly. JB has been a forensic CPA since 1998. JB has authored published articles and a book chapter on financial topics relating to California family law. He has served as the court’s neutral (§730) expert and has testified in Los Angeles and Ventura County Superior Courts, as well as in depositions for federal matters. JB strives to assist in settling the dispute between parties.

Karen Pineda

Vice President and Forensic Accounting Manager

Karen Pineda is a Forensic Accounting Manager with seven years experience exclusively and full time on family law matters. Prior to joining Rizzo Forensics, she prepared tax returns and provided litigation support services. It was then that she was recognized as having a natural talent and acumen for forensic accounting. Karen manages and trains other incoming professionals on all aspects of a family law matter. It goes without saying that she is passionate about her field and approaches each matter with diligence and extreme attention to detail. In 2016, Karen received her Bachelor’s degree at California State University of Northridge and plans to obtain her CPA license in the future.

Kevin Payne

Forensic Accountant

Kevin obtained a Bachelor’s degree in accountancy from California State University, Long beach in 2022 and started his career here shortly thereafter. He has lived in Torrance all his life. In his free time, he enjoys playing video games and weightlifting.

Haley Holland

Forensic CPA

Haley is originally from Westlake Village, CA. Haley obtained a Bachelor\'s degree in accountancy in 2016 and a Master\'s of Science in Accounting in 2017 from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. In 2020, Haley obtained her CPA license in California. Prior to joining Rizzo Forensics, Haley interned and worked for PwC in Los Angeles, CA where she was a part of their assurance practice. After leaving PwC and briefly working for a small tax firm, she found the niche of forensic accounting. In 2020, she joined a large firm in Woodland Hills, CA specializing in family law litigation matters. In 2023, Haley moved to Orange County and shortly thereafter joined Rizzo Forensics. Haley has become passionate about the field and utilizes her background in audit and tax when approaching cases. In her free time, Haley is very interested in health and fitness. She loves working out and has even become a NASM certified personal trainer. She also enjoys serving at her church, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.

Talia Price

Executive Assistant

Talia Price is originally from New Brunswick, New Jersey. However, she considers herself a world citizen. She received her bachelor’s degree in History at Fordham University in New York and her second bachelor’s degree in French at Université de Paris, La Sorbonne in Paris, France. She received her master’s degree in International Relations at Bond University in Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. During her many travels, she decided to study acting at The Actors Temple in London, UK and with Margie Haber in Los Angeles, California. She has lived in many different countries including Germany, Poland, China, The Netherlands, Canada, Australia and her beloved France. But she is far from finishing her travels. She is a free creative spirit at heart. Her dream is to become the next Anthony Bourdain and to work with Jordan Peele; and maybe win an Oscar or a Palme d’Or. When she is not working in the office, she is either working on a screenplay, rehearsing a monologue, playing tennis, practicing Pilates or traveling to one of her many favorite places like Seattle, Washington.
